Questions buyers ask

Is Cyberbiz HIPAA compliant?

CertReports does not decide that. It shows the public evidence that may support each HIPAA requirement that reaches vendors: no requirement has public evidence yet, and nothing public was found for business associate agreement, safeguards the business associate operates, breach notification by the business associate.

What should I ask Cyberbiz for?

Request business associate agreement, independent security assurance, incident response and notification, and confirm each is current.
