Each report reads the index on a stated date and publishes the same tables: lapse rates by framework, the top 2,000 vendors, evidence age, HIPAA BAA coverage by category, FedRAMP status mix, DPF usage end, and the drift index. Closed months are frozen; the current month is refreshed daily. Every report has a PDF and a citation line.
