Questions buyers ask

Is Fuel50 DORA compliant?

CertReports does not decide that. It shows the public evidence that may support each DORA requirement that reaches vendors: evidence was found or is available on request for due diligence before contracting (Article 28(4)), appropriate information security standards (Article 28(5)), locations of services and data (Article 30(2)(b)), business contingency plans for critical functions (Article 30(3)(c)), and nothing public was found for assistance with ict incidents.

What should I ask Fuel50 for?

Request incident response and notification, and confirm each is current.

It is not legal advice and never a statement that a vendor or its customers comply; confirm scope and sufficiency with your counsel or auditor. “No public evidence” means nothing public was found at the last check.
