Due diligence before contracting

Before entering into a contractual arrangement on ICT services, a financial entity shall identify and assess the relevant risks and "undertake all due diligence on prospective ICT third-party service providers".

Is Radar DORA compliant?

CertReports does not decide that. It shows the public evidence that may support each DORA requirement that reaches vendors: evidence was found or is available on request for due diligence before contracting (Article 28(4)), appropriate information security standards (Article 28(5)), locations of services and data (Article 30(2)(b)), and nothing public was found for assistance with ict incidents, business contingency plans for critical functions.
