Subscription (collectively, "Subscriber Data"). 8 and Above Corp. processes Subscriber Data to support and provide the Subscription to our subscribers. 8 and Above Corp. processes Subscriber Data as instructed by its subscribers (including as permitted in the agreement with each subscriber). 8 and Above Corp. has no direct relationship, with the individuals whose personal data it processes on behalf of its subscribers, and no direct control or ownership over the Subscriber Data it processes.
