- We collect information about users to contact users, professionally maintain and manage our Site, process orders, manage user accounts, provide data to OOH signage owners regarding sign visibility (e.g. number of views per day), and to email users about other products and services we think may be of interest to users. (Please note that if you begin receiving emails from us and no longer wish to receive them, click UNSUBSCRIBE in any email we send to you, and you will be unsubscribed from our list immediately.) In processing your order or managing your account, we may send your details to, and also use information from, credit reference agencies, payment processing firms, banking service providers, fraud prevention agencies, and other third parties that are related to our business. With respect to OOH advertising installations that use Abraxas technology, we only collect information from mobile devices for the purpose of furnishing OOH advertisers with accurate information regarding advertising views and customer conversion metrics. We do not seek to personally identify you, or collect information that can be used to identify you without substantial secondary processes. When you (the user) submit information to us, it will only be used for the purposes of contacting you, engaging in business with you as a client of our OOH technology, or using that information to provide OOH advertisers (our clients) with data regarding views, impressions, and the overall effectiveness / reach of OOH signage.
