- What: Our customers use the platform to train their own customers/users. For our customers, we store the following Personal Information: - First Name - Last Name - Email Address - Company Name (if any) - Billing Address - Phone Number Our customer's users utilize the platform to do online courses as we provide an eLearning/Training platform. So when our customer's users sign up, they provide the following personal information: - First Name - Last Name - Email Address - Phone Number - Company/Employer Name (If any) - Billing Address Why: This data is required for 2 primary reasons. For our customers, we use their personal information to process further communication for support, maintenance, billing and any other communications as required. This data is strictly used for communication only and is NOT shared with any other 3rd party unless required/needed for things such as Payment processing downstream with payment gateways. We never sell or share data for any commercial reasons with any 3rd party other than the reasons explained. Our customer's user data is collected and processed for the purpose of Online Learning and issuing Certificates of Completion on successful completion of an Online Course. Some of our customer's users are free users who take Free courses on the platform and only provide basic profile details like Name, Email and some are paid users who also provide billing information. Note that we do not store any sensitive financial information in our platform directly but we only connect with secure payment gateways for payment processing like Stripe/paypal etc. So overall our platform offers various services to our customers including ability to register on the platform, create user profile, enroll/buy online courses, receive certification of completion on successful course completion, and reporting on course progress.
