- Scope
- Achievers is the provider of a SaaS solution that provides recognition and reward functionality to customers and their employees. The Services allow for the configuration and launch of a customer branded reward and recognition program, accessible via a web-based interface through both computers and mobile devices. It includes features such as peer-to-peer recognition, online redemption of gifts and rewards, and various administrative and communication tools designed to support those features and capabilities. Achievers uses personal data provided by employers about the employees chosen to participate in the Services, including employee name, email address, title, office location, date of employment, and month and day (not year) of birthdate, to create and administer the employee's account on the platform. Data is disclosed to Achievers' subsidiaries and affiliates who provide various administrative and technical functions necessary to provide the Services. Achievers also utilizes third party service providers for critical functions necessary to provide the Services, such as cloud computing, security and fraud detection, product fulfillment, communications services related to use of the Services (email and text messaging), and other administrative and technical support functions. All service providers are listed in a list of subprocessors on the Achievers website.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Achievers GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
