- Action1 processes the personal data for which we act as our customer’s “processor” within the meaning of EU, and UK law to provide our services to the customer. Our core service allows security and IT professionals to administer and protect the end-user devices within an organization’s network. This is either our customer’s own network, or the network of an organization to which our customer provides IT or security services. For that reason, the personal data we process consists mainly of information related to an individual for the purposes of patch management, customer service, and authentication and verification of accounts and technical details regarding their devices. We use and disclose the personal data to provide these services to the relevant customer. Selected Action1 subcontractors and subprocessors receive access to the personal data, as does our customer.
