- Acupay System LLC offers sophisticated end-to-end tax relief services for all types of fixed-income and equity securities including depositary receipts to a varied client base in all the markets where there is a potential for tax relief and reclaims. Our client base includes retail investors, securities issuers, custodians, broker-dealers, central securities depositories, asset managers and hedge funds. In most cases when Acupay collects personal information it does so on behalf of another company as an agent or data processor. Acupay does not own the information that is submitted. It operates as a data processor for its users, who either act as data controllers or delegate the function to their selected third parties. Acupay maintains only that information which users have asked it to process. Acupay will use information only in ways compatible with the purpose for which it was uploaded by its users.
