("LIS"), including its AgileBrain platform, processes personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to provide psychological assessment and analytics services. The primary purpose is to deliver emotional and cognitive insights to individuals and organizations for development, coaching, and workforce research. Purposes of Processing: 1. Assessment Services: LIS collects and processes personal data from individuals (Data Subjects) who participate in LIS's assessment projects or service offerings, including AgileBrain. Service Operation and Reporting: LIS uses this information to produce individual or group-level reports, summarize results in aggregate or anonymized formats, and facilitate organizational insights. 3. Research and Analytics: With appropriate safeguards, LIS may use aggregated, pseudo-anonymized, or anonymized data for scientific and internal research, including workforce and well-being studies. Types of Personal Data Processed: - Assessment responses - Names and email addresses - Optional demographic data (e.g., age, education level) - Technical metadata (e.g., timestamps, engagement metrics) Third-Party Disclosures: LIS does not sell personal data and limits disclosures strictly as follows: - Authorized Client Organizations: Individual and aggregate results may be shared only with the client who initiated the assessment project, typically an employer or coach, and only as authorized by the participant. - Service Providers: LIS may engage subprocessors (e.g., IT hosting or analytics vendors) under binding agreements that ensure equivalent data protection standards and restrict processing to LIS's instructions.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is AgileBrain GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
