We disclose the personal data we process to our parent company, Ascend Learning, LLC, and its data center for the purpose of providing the products; educational institutions/employers who have purchased our products for their students'/employees' use (learning data related to the products purchased); our examination administrators (contact info; exam registration data; exam results); our credit card processors (credit card data, transaction approval (Note: no credit card data is stored or kept by, or is accessible by AL F&W, LLC.)); our order fulfillment services (order data, shipping address, delivery status); our shipping services (shipping address, delivery status); potentially support staff of online learning platform providers (solely for technology support services); our marketing vendors (contact information of those who have not opted out of marketing communications), and potentially our survey vendors (contact information of those who have not opted out).
