Scope
We present informational websites on behalf of our clients and give visitors the opportunity to "sign up for more information", requesting name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. In every case, we clearly describe how the information that we collect will be used. For example, to subscribe to a periodic newsletter. Our web servers collect ordinary log information for performance monitoring and we run digital ads on other sites that land on our sites. We use the standard Google Analytics tools to monitor access to the sites and ad performance. We do not join information from these sources with information visitors submit via forms. Third parties: We may transmit personal information covered by this certification to our clients, our hosting company, or to a bulk email provider. In each case, we require that the third party also be certified. We retain personal information for the duration of the specific client contract. We destroy the information at the conclusion of the contract.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Alipes CME GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
