- Scope
- Ansarada does not, of itself, process private information. Our own personnel data is stored in a separate System. What Ansarada is, is a Virtual Dataroom, much like a Bank, where Customers deposit their money and only they can draw it out. Ansarada works the same way. We store data – any data – on behalf of clients. Ansarada does nothing more than store that data and provide access to the information, as specified by our clients. We perform no actions with the information, We do not aggregate, refine or sell that information, albeit that Metadata is used to provide further information services. No individual data is identifiable in the Metadata services. No third parties are allowed access to confidential client documents. We do not know what data is stored in our System by our clients and any information about clients is restricted to only that necessary to conduct business with them. Typically the information Ansarada holds for clients concerns commercial transactions, such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Sale of Businesses etc. Ansarada is ISO 27001 Certified and has been, continuously, since 2009. We utilize the Data storage facilities of Amazon Web Services, as nominated but our clients, in California, Dublin, Frankfurt, Singapore and Sydney.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Ansarada GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
