Ansys collects the following categories of personal data: contact information such as name, mailing address, phone number, and username; professional information such as company name, department, job title, job description, job function, reporting structure, company details; profile/ account registration information such as a password and access code specific to the product licenses purchased; payment information such as billing and payment details (excluding any card data); survey data such as a consumer's responses to surveys Ansys send and other feedback a consumer may provide; device information, such as device identifiers paired with user accounts; and correspondence data such as correspondence and other direct communications related to marketing, sales, license fulfilment, and support services. Ansys may disclose this data to the following categories of recipients: Ansys’ affiliates and subsidiaries; third-party processors Ansys has retained to perform services on its behalf and pursuant to its instructions, such as IT support and hosting service providers; public bodies and law enforcement agencies, if Ansys is required to do so by law or legal process or in response to lawful requests. Ansys also obtains and processes personal data about its employees and applicants, and of its affiliates when carrying out and supporting human resources functions and activities. Ansys collects the following categories of personal data: personal details, such as full name, national ID number, social insurance number; contact details, such as email and home address; data required under immigration laws, such as citizenship and passport details; payroll data, such as banking and tax details; leave and vacation data; employment contact information, such as position, title, location; qualifications and talent management information, such as resume/CV, work background, and criminal records; compensation information, such as salary, bonus, sales commissions, and benefits; sensitive data, such as data concerning health, revealing gender orientation, and racial identity. Ansys may disclose this data to the following categories of recipients: Ansys’ affiliates and subsidiaries; third-party controllers such as a user's employer; third-party processors the company has retained to perform services on its behalf and pursuant to its instructions, such as IT support and hosting service providers; public bodies and law enforcement agencies, if Ansys is required to do so by law or legal process or in response to lawful requests. Ansys also obtains and processes personal data about its partners, and vendors/ service providers when engaging them in certain activities. Ansys may collect the following categories of personal data: identification information, such as name, job title; contact details, such as business address and email address; payment details, such as financial information, and tax identification numbers; and insurance details.
