Scope
Aperio CI is a US based business to business data service provider helping enterprises across the globe access and analyze their data. Through our contractual agreements with our customers, we act as a data processor and our corporate clients maintain control of all data we handle. Aperio CI does not directly solicit personal data from any individuals and the anonymized information we receive is provided to us at the discretion of our corporate client. To that end our business model does not permit any personally identifiable information at this time. We also do not share any data with third parties. We note, however, that we could potentially receive PII in error, and that information could range to names, addresses, email addresses, job titles, etc. If this occurs we destroy the data and immediately notify our client accordingly.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Aperio CI GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
