- Our organization processes Human resources data ('HR-data') and Personal data other than human resources data ('non-HR data'). By 'HR-data' we understand personal data relating to Appfire’s employees - past and present, their emergency contacts, as well as job applicants, collected in the context of employment relationship/ recruitment processes, whereas 'Non-HR data' is data of Appfire’s (i) customers – parties to Appfire’s EULA authorized to license Appfire’s products and services, which are bound by the EULA, their representatives, contact persons, and other users of Appfire’s products and services, authorized by the Customer ('authorised end-users'), (ii) vendors and partners, their representatives, contact persons, (iii) visitors of Appfire’s websites, as well as personal data of (iv) other categories of individuals whose personal data is processed by the customer (as a data controller), and that are processed by the customer through the use of Appfire’s products and services (Appfire is a processor with regard to such data). Non-HR data: We only collect and process personal data reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries about our services, for purposes related to rendering of our products and services, as well as for purposes of account management, billing, marketing, fraud prevention, contract performance and execution, and to carry out obligations as required by applicable laws, and for other legitimate business purposes, under applicable laws. The purposes of data collection and processing have been set out in our Privacy Policy. We may share data that we collect with third parties who provide us with billing, marketing, account management tools, and other support that enable us to provide the services to our customers (they act as our processors). HR-data: We collect and process personal data of our job applicants, interns, past and current employees, emergency contacts of our employees, for our HR-related activities, such as administering and carrying out the employment or personnel relationship, including evaluating qualifications for employment, processing payroll, budgeting and administering salary, providing employment benefits, maintaining security, complying with legal requirements, etc. We may disclose human resources data to our service providers (processors), and, where required by Law, to applicable government agencies/ public authorities.
