- Apptivo is a cloud based application. We capture first name, last name and email address alone (of its users) and this information is used to provision access to the application. Other usages for above information (First name, last name and email address) include: fulfill the order; send order confirmation; assess the needs of business to determine suitable products; send the requested product or service information; send product updates or warranty information; respond customer service requests; administer the account; send newsletter; send marketing communications. Customer information is securely hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which serves as our cloud infrastructure provider and handles such information solely on our behalf to provide hosting, storage, backup, networking, and related infrastructure services. We may also engage other trusted service providers, such as email delivery and payment processing providers, where necessary to deliver our services. These providers process customer information only under our instructions and in accordance with contractual obligations. Apptivo Inc. does not sell or disclose customer information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
