Ardian complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles as set forth by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Data may include names, contact information, organizational details, identification photos, and, where required, sensitive data for identity verification or secure access. Ardian uses this data solely to fulfill service obligations to clients, such as verifying participants, coordinating event logistics, and issuing credentials. Ardian adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles for all personal data received from the EU, including the Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability Principles. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data and ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles requirements. Ardian may disclose personal data to authorized third-party service providers as necessary to perform services or as required by law.
