The personal data processed consists primarily of business contact and account information of our customers' and prospective customers' personnel: • To provide, operate, and administer our platform and observability services, including creating and managing user accounts, authenticating users, and delivering the services contracted by our customers. • To respond to and resolve customer support and service requests, including troubleshooting and providing technical assistance to individuals who contact Arize on behalf of our customers (e.g., an EU-based customer employee submits a support request that is received and handled by Arize's U.S.-based support team). • To manage our customer relationships, including onboarding, provisioning, renewals, and service-related communications. • To conduct sales and marketing activities, including processing prospect and contact information for lead generation, event and webinar registration, and product communications. • To process billing and payments, including invoicing customers and collecting amounts due. • To maintain the security, integrity, and availability of our platform, including detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, and security incidents. • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and respond to lawful requests from public authorities. In addition, Arize processes certain personal data on behalf of, and under the instructions of, its customers in the course of providing its services (mainly, providing customer support), acting as a processor with respect to such data.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Arize AI GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
