- Asure processes personal data in reliance on the Privacy Shield in its AsureForce products lines. AsureForce is a time and attendance application. This product collects contact information and human resources and employment-related personal data from Asure's customers who purchase Asure's workforce management time and attendance solutions . Data collected can include the following information about Asure's customers employees: name, gender, birth date, compensation, information related to the employee's services performed including position, and biometric data including the use of finger scan and facial recognition technology. Asure processes customer data and customer employee data under customer contracts for workforce management solutions which specify the data processing instructions of the customer as data controller. Data is not disclosed to third parties outside of the Asure Software, Inc. organization.
