- ATIV Software publishes event technology for attendees, staff, and organizers at conferences and meetings. ATIV processes only personal data provided by our customers and/or their 3rd party vendors, or by platform users in order to use our services. If a user of the platform links, connects, or logs in with a third party service (e.g. Customer Member Login, Registration Company related login such as badge ID and last name, Abstract Management Systems, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), the third party service may send us information such as the user’s registration and profile information from that service. ATIV’s customers may require personal data sharing with 3rd party technology providers to extend the event technology platform. ATIV does not use personal data for direct marketing purposes. Information processed by ATIV includes all content uploaded by our customers and/or platform users, basic account details, social shared content, event technology feature use, support requests, or logs for support purposes.
