- When users sign up for an account through our app, they are required to provide us with various information that is (or may be) considered personally identifiable information, including name and email address. In addition to the information our users voluntarily provide us, if they give us permission, we will collect certain information for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This may include geo-location (including geo-location information while the mobile application is not open), access to address book/contacts, access to camera, photos, and videos, and information on and access to the applications that the user has downloaded or used, as well as age, sex, phone number, address, and other information about the user. While the information described here is provided to us only with the user's permission, some aspects of the Service may not be available if they choose not to provide us with such information. We use this information for the purpose of providing our users with the core aspects of the service to have a profile on our social media an running app and to run for the challenges we provide. The purposes of the Service are to promote the health of users and the health of those in users’ communities; to support charities and mission-driven businesses financially (by providing funding to the charities from other companies as users use the Service); and to support charities, mission-driven businesses, and the company donors by providing each of them with a platform to raise their profile and obtain a network of supporters and potential customers. A core aspect of the Service is that the charities, mission-driven businesses, and company donors who support campaigns on the Service will have access to user information for the purpose of being able to reach out to them as a means to encourage users to continue to support their work. As such, we may share user information with the charities, mission-driven businesses, and company donors who support campaigns on the Service. To be able to effectively provide the Service, and to improve the functionality of the Service, we may disclose information to our personnel, including our employees, contractors, agents, vendors, and other similar persons or entities, to the extent that such persons or entities have a need-to-know such information in furtherance of the Service.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Atlas Unlimited GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
