What personal data we process • Business contacts and inquiries: name, company, job title, department, geographic region, business email, phone number, and contact preference. • Online account holders: name, username, business email, phone number, company name, and business address. Billing-related data is also processed where applicable. • Newsletter, survey, and event participants: name, email, company, job title, and survey or registration responses. For some international events, nationality is collected where local law requires it. • Office visitors: name, address, and phone number collected at check-in. • Job applicants: name, contact details, place of residence, resume, education, work history, and public professional profiles such as LinkedIn. • Website visitors: IP address, device and browser identifiers, general location, site usage, and email engagement data, collected through cookies and similar technologies with consent where required. Who we share it with • ATPCO affiliates and subsidiaries. • Service providers acting on our behalf under contract, including hosting, storage, communications, and recruiting providers such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, and SmartRecruiters. • Event sponsors and partners: limited contact details only (name, email, company, and job title) for event-related purposes. Individuals may opt out at [email protected]. • Government authorities and regulators, where required by law. This includes nationality data for certain international events. • Professional advisors, to protect our legal interests. • Successor entities in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. ATPCO does not sell personal data. Onward transfers are made in line with the DPF Principles.
