- We provide online software to conduct annual performance reviews. Employers provide us with basic employee data (employee name and work email) in order for the employer to conduct annual performance reviews and to allow employee participation in reviews. We never disclose this information to anyone, and would only do so if compelled by law. For Recruiterbox, job seekers voluntarily provide their information to sites like Indeed and Glassdoor, or to a company's job page, and Recruiterbox aggregates the resume submission data in order for employers to streamline the hiring process. This data is not shared with any other providers and is accessible only by secure login to the employer using our software service.
