Processing of personal data is conducted for various business purposes, including: Product registration and support; providing product maintenance and support and various other business, partner and customer services; enabling sales and other transactions; conducting data analysis to improve products and services; and/or maintaining marketing and other business relationships. Processing of personal data by AvePoint related to employees and candidates is conducted for the purpose of administering and carrying out the employment, personnel relationship or career opportunities. The types of personal information that we process (which may vary by jurisdiction based on applicable law and the nature of the employee’s position and duties) may include personal contact and identification information and any other personal data that may be relevant for the aforementioned purposes. AvePoint shares personal data (where lawful to do so and for legitimate purposes) with our corporate affiliates, service providers, and other partners who process it for us, based on our instructions, and in compliance with our applicable privacy policies and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
