- Beamery provides an online SaaS platform that our customers use to communicate and operate aspects of their Human Resources and Talent Acquisition business processes. These include tools for candidate relationship management, employer branding, candidate engagement, community building, data analytics, and internal employee management. In providing these tools, Beamery processes data our customers submit to our platform or instructs us to process on their behalves. While Beamery's customers decide what data to submit, it typically includes information about their candidates, applicants, prospective applicants, employees, and users of online tools, such as contact information and billing information. Beamery uses a limited number of third-party service providers (subprocessors) to assist us in providing our services to customers. These third-party providers offer customer support to our customers, perform database monitoring and other technical operations, assist with the transmission of data, and provide data storage services. These third parties may access, process, or store personal data in the course of providing their services. Beamery maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our Data Privacy Framework obligations.
