- Our system allows for customer users to input data into an encrypted and private portal that is accessible only to other customer authorized users and Bigfork support personal, subject to our terms of service and data processing agreements (here: https://www.bigforktech.com/legal-terms/). Our system is not intended to collect personal data (HR or otherwise) as it’s primary purpose. Should a customer include personal data in the otherwise non-personal records, it is processed solely according to the customer instructions, primarily as a repository for legal related documents required for the operation of the customer business (i.e. contracts).
