Non-HR Data Billtrust may process Personal Data to help complete a transaction or order, to facilitate communication, to deliver products/services, to bill for purchased products/services, to provide ongoing service and support, to communicate to individuals about products, services and related issues, to facilitate Billtrust’s internal administrative processes, to book travel, accommodation and event registration, for business continuity and/or disaster recovery, to select service and personnel, to access sales and order portals, for business planning, accounting and reporting, to organize and manage joint projects and joint ventures. We use and process Personal Data for the following purposes: to provide, maintain, and improve our Website, Products and services; to maintain or service accounts for our customers; to provide and improve the quality of our customer service to our customers; to enable login to some mobile applications; to send you marketing communications; to record and follow up on your participation in surveys, promotions, and contests; to target the marketing of our products and services; to count ad impressions to unique visitors, and verify positioning and quality of ad impressions; to enlist you for attendance at events or webinars; to process or fulfil orders, transactions, and payments; to promote the security of our Websites and Products; to identify errors in our systems, Websites, Products; for our internal business purposes; and to comply with our legal obligations.
