- Bizy offers software for teams and leaders to use for communication, productivity, decision making, and employee recognition. Bizy provides a related app called "Giv" for employees to recognize each other with point-based awards. If a user gives or receives recognition points (ROY) while using a Giv or Bizy account provided or enabled by their employer, Bizy may sync the data regarding that recognition to the employer's HR system of record, provided that Bizy and their employer abide by all relevant policies regarding the handling and security of that data.
