Boku processes this personal data for purposes including: Processing and completing payment transactions; Providing, operating and improving Boku services; Sending service-related communications; Fraud detection, prevention and security monitoring; Combatting crime, abuse and misuse of its systems; Complying with legal and regulatory obligations; Responding to customer service enquiries; Managing its relationships with users, merchants and partners. Boku collects and processes personal data that is relevant and proportionate to these purposes and does not collect more information than is necessary to provide its services or comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in accordance with our privacy policy, or as permitted or required by law. Boku may disclose personal data to: Merchants with whom users transact; Mobile network operators and local payment method providers; Affiliates and group companies; Employees, contractors, agents and professional advisers; Service providers and vendors that assist in providing Boku services; Law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities, only where required or permitted by law.
