- Bookstat LLC customers provide us with their email addresses and names when we create login accounts for them; Bookstat servers record user IP addresses upon login, for website analytics purposes and to monitor for and help prevent unauthorized access or intrusion. IP addresses of logins (but *not* the associated login names or email addresses) are shared with Google via the Google Analytics plugin as part of this process. Bookstat’s servers are hosted by 3rd-party cloud providers like Amazon EC2 and Google Cloud, who are also able to see IP addresses where user traffic comes from (but *not* the associated login names or email addresses).
