Bubble is the Data Controller for our Direct Users' personal data. Direct Users are Data Controllers for their End Users' data (visitors to Bubble Sites created by a Direct User). We process End User personal data only as directed by our Direct Users in our role as Data Processor acting on behalf of our Direct Users in the course of providing the Bubble service and only in accordance with applicable data regulations. Beyond this, we do not collect or use End User Personal Data, except to provide customer support, respond to direct requests, or as automatically collected via technology. TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT: To create an account, Direct Users must provide an email address and password and may provide other optional information, such as profile photos or job title. To create a paid account, Direct Users must provide payment information to our third party payment provider, Stripe. Direct Users may always update, change, or remove their account information. We also collect other data from our Direct Users via technology to analyze usage of the Bubble Service and to make it more useful to our Direct Users. We do this via: our servers; log files; SNS Login: cookies: and third party analytics services.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Bubble GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
