- Bullhorn and its Affiliates (collectively, "Bullhorn") may process (i) personal data in connection with the services it provides to its customers including applicant tracking, customer relationship management (CRM), onboarding, vendor management and other recruiting, staffing or CRM functions (collectively, the "Services"); (ii) human resources data from current, former and potential officers, directors, employees, contract or temporary employees, and consultants or independent contractors; and (iii) personal data in connection with the marketing, promotion and sale of its Services to prospects and website visitors. In connection with the provision of the Services , Bullhorn may process personal data such as names, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, employment history, educational background, professional credentials, compensation information, and IT information received from the EEA, Switzerland and the UK pertaining to the customer, the customer's candidates and staffing personnel, the customer's employees and contractors, and the customer's vendors. In connection with the marketing, promotion and sale of its Services, Bullhorn may also process personal data from the EEA, Switzerland and UK pertaining to prospects and website visitors interested in Bullhorn's Services. With respect to human resources data received from the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, Bullhorn may process such data in connection with its hiring processes and the provision of compensation, benefits and other human resources related matters. These foregoing personal data and human resources data may be collected and transferred to Bullhorn in the U.S., and disclosed to third party vendors and partners in support of its business and human resources related activities.
