- CAMP Systems provides certain services (as defined in the CAMP Systems Data Privacy Framework Statement) to customers for their aviation management purposes, including airplane systems maintenance, inventory management, flight scheduling, monitoring of systems and engines and logging of maintenance, repair and operations activities. The services also include our call center and technical and maintenance support services. Customers decide to whom they may want to grant access to the services. In providing services to its Customers, CAMP processes personal information from individuals, typically including Customers’ employees and other representatives who register to use these services and other individuals who input information such as maintenance, repair and operations staff (collectively, “Users”). In addition, CAMP Systems obtains information about Users and about other relevant individuals which is provided by customers or Users. This typically includes information about owners and operators of an aircraft and other individuals associated with the maintenance, repair and operations of the relevant aircraft. With respect to these Users and other relevant individuals whose information Users may provide, CAMP processes personal information including (i) contact information (e.g., name, email addresses, postal addresses, company name and job title), (ii) credentials for accessing the services, (iii) aircraft and aircraft owner registration information (e.g., date of birth, government-issued identifiers), and (iv) other personal information that Users may provide in connection with their use of the services and when contacting CAMP Systems technical and maintenance support services. CAMP Systems acts as a data processor on behalf of its customers when it processes the personal information of EEA, UK and Swiss individuals in connection with the provision of these services. In addition, CAMP Systems obtains personal information about its customers’ representatives, including Users, as part of the contracting process, for CAMP Systems’ marketing and business development purposes and during the ordinary course of business. The personal information CAMP systems processes regarding such individuals includes name, email address, job title, company name, and postal address. CAMP Systems is a data controller for this type of personal information. In connection with (i) providing its services to customers (as a data processor) and (ii) processing information for its own marketing and development purposes in the ordinary course of business (as a data controller), CAMP Systems shares personal information of EEA, UK, and Swiss individuals with its (a)affiliates and subsidiaries, (b) business partners, (c) service providers and third parties that provide services or handle transactions on our behalf and (d) other entities as instructed or requested by a particular CAMP Systems customer. CAMP Systems may also transfer the personal information of EEA, UK, and Swiss individuals to others when the individual consents to or requests such sharing. In addition, CAMP Systems may transfer such information in connection with a corporate event, such as the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets to a third party (e.g., a merger or acquisition), or when we are required to disclose such information in response to a lawful request by a public authority.
