- Canvas collects data from its customers, via a web application, Chrome extension, mobile applications, various API's and microservices, including company and user-level data. Canvas customers collect data from their candidates, prospects and employees and imports it into the Canvas Core Application, which is stored with multiple co-processors. This data is used to facilitate the conversation between the recruiter and end user. Most data relating to an individual candidate, prospect or employee can be edited and deleted by the data collector. Canvas’ data is encrypted at rest, inclusive of backups. Data backups are continual, real-time and occur via secure replication. We provide 4 days of point-in-time rollbacks and 365 days of nightly backups.
