Scope
Cardinus supply a variety of risk management software programs and consultancy designed to assist in identifying and controlling risk. The aim is to comply with all relevant laws and policies. As such we receive and use customer employee personal data with the aim of enabling businesses to manage risk. We recognise that the lawful and correct treatment of personal data is very important to successful operations and to maintaining our customers’ confidence in ourselves. Mandatory fields of personal data stored on our systems include a unique identifier, first name, last name, organisational hierarchy, and work email address. Optional information depending on configuration may also include test scores, answers to risk assessments and responses to questions (including pain and / or discomfort levels). Other client services we offer require information of virtual assessment sessions and driving license data to be stored. There may be authorised third parties who have access to this data in order for Cardinus to supply these services, for example those providing data centre infrastructure or consultants providing telephonic or onsite assessments.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Cardinus GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
