- Our clients are mainly international reinsurers, reinsurance brokers and insurance companies. No members of the public can access our software; only insurers, reinsurers or brokers licensing our applications have access. From time to time insurance licensees of our applications, acting as the data controller, process information on our applications which do include PID. Regarding Human Resources (HR) data CATEX employs 3 personnel in its London office. One is a consultant and the remaining personnel are employees of the US -based parent company. The US-based company pays both the consultants and employees monthly. The consultants email their invoices to the US company and the company wires the funds into their respective accounts. Our UK-based accountant manages the payroll information for the non-consultant employees, providing tax deduction and pension contribution information and emails that information to the US company monthly. The US company wires the required net amounts into the accounts of the employees, Inland Revenue and the pension scheme. UK employees and consultants report to US based personnel who also maintain sickness and vacation logs of each.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is catex GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
