Such information is disclosed only as instructed by our Clients. As a data controller, CDS Global receives personal information in association with the operation of the CDS Global website (e.g., names, contact information, transactions, interests, and online activities), in the course of conducting business (e.g., names and contact information of Clients, vendors, and service providers), and for human resources purposes. Personal information received in association with the operation of CDS Global website is disclosed as described in the CDS Global Privacy Notice. Business contact information is disclosed to service providers performing services on our behalf. Human resources information is disclosed as described in our Notice to Employees Regarding the Processing of Personal Data.
