Such data includes personally identifiable and protected health information relating to clients of our customers, which our customers enter into our software platform in order to facilitate the rendering of healthcare services by our customers to their clients. CentralReach and Behaviorsoft disclose such information only to third-party service providers contracted with CentralReach or Behaviorsoft in connection with the operation of CentralReach or Behaviorsoft's software platforms and only to the extent required.
