Scope
We are a mobile application that serves as a private and personal networking assistant, improving the efficiency and intelligence of interpersonal networking. We receive a small amount of PI from our clients (assocations and conference hosts with whom we will have a Data Processing Agreement) and supplement this with data voluntarily provided by individual association members or conference attendees (users) in the construction of each user's personal and professional interest profile. We then process the data to identify possible matches of interest with other individuals on our system and suggest networking connection recommendations back to each user. Users elect whether to accept the recommendations (using double opt-in approach), interact with suggested connections securely within our mobile application's chat feature, and whether to subsequently share any of their personal contact information. We do not sell data to third party marketers or advertisers and we do not provide any personally identifiable information to third parties.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is CERCA GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
