Support and Communication Data: Personal data submitted through customer support interactions (i.e., inquiries, troubleshooting tickets) is processed to provide assistance and service enhancements. Non-HR Business Contact Information: Personal data from business contacts (such as representatives from vendors, partners, or potential clients) is collected and processed for business communication and operational purposes. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures: Certain may share personal data with – Cloud Hosting Providers: We rely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to securely host and store customer data. Payment Processors: Billing and payment details are securely processed through third-party payment providers Stripe and Versapay to facilitate transactions.
