- Certent offers Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms for managing our client entity's Equity Management and Disclosure Management. As a SaaS company, Certent sets the standard in stock plan solutions with its comprehensive industrial strength platform that handles all the accounting, tax, administration, participant services and compliance needs of companies that grant equity awards. Personal Information is provided by our client entities for the purposes of processing the above mentioned equity compensation plans. If an individual is an employee of a company that is a customer (client entity) of Certent, as part of our Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, we may collect the following personal information from their employer such as: First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Taxid, Address, Office Phone, Home Phone, Cell Phone, Fax, Email address, Stock Option Grants, Date of Birth, Retirement Eligibility Date, Annual Salary. Not all of these fields are required and hence they may or may not be stored in our database. This data might be disclosed to third party vendors strictly for the purposes of providing the above mentioned Equity Management and Disclosure Management services.
