- Chargehound serves as a data processor for controllers, who are our customers, in order to automate the credit card chargeback representment process. Chargehound accepts data from our customers using all of these services for the purpose of managing disputes, generating and submitting dispute documentation for their payment processor, and aggregating dispute statistics and fraud scores for the controller. We use only data to perform our duties as expected by the controller. We employ a small number of sub processors where customer data may be exported to. They include: Amazon Web Services, Slack, Heroku (Salesforce), Helpscout, Braintree (Paypal), Stripe. We have executed DPAs will all of our sub-processors.
