- Cipher processes certain types of personal data to provide cybersecurity services to our customers. Information processed includes computer names, usernames and IP addresses. This information is analyzed by technology systems in order to determine potential cyber risks to our customers. Additionally, Cipher collects information provided by anyone who send us e-mails, when people register for any of our events or classes, when people contact us about products and services, or request to download information, and in the operation of services. The personal information we collect varies based on what is voluntarily submitted by people and might include full names, email address, address, job titles, company and position background, etc. as well as information about what website pages people accessed and when.
