- Clifford Fischer & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) provides its commercial customers (i) tenant representation for lease negotiations, and (ii) lease management software solutions. Currently it offers its customer two software solutions that process data: (i) Manage Path and (ii) Visual Manager. Manage Path is a software solution that assists commercial tenants (“Clients”) manage their commercial lease portfolio which include such functions as: GAAP compliant financial management capabilities and AP-GL interfaces; Leased/owned property administration tools; Real-time reporting with critical date management tools; and Data migration from competing and legacy systems. Visual Manger is a data visualization tool and process automation engine which allows Clients the ability to: Visualize Lease Portfolio Metric Trends; Track Projects & Tasks; Report Interactive Data and geospatial analytics; and Automate processes, assign tasks, schedule reminders and collaborate on key findings. What Data is collected: Neither software system holds HR data of the client. The data that both systems use include the following information: 1. Names: Landlord Tenant Primary contacts Brokers and vendors regarding each lease transaction. 2. Address, unique identifier and contact information regarding each Name. 3. Lease specifics information: a. Input Data regarding the lease term such as GPS location, start date, end data, rent terms, utilities, extensions and renewals. b. Extracted data such as cost per square foot, annual costs, profit margins, compliance and comparison data. How is the data processed: The system processes the data by storing it in a hosted environment such as AWS and by extract the data to create various dashboards and reports that allows the Clients the ability to manage and make decisions regarding their lease portfolio. Who has access to the Data: The reports are disclosed to the Clients (via secured access) and to authorized users that the Client designates.
