- Collaboration.Ai, LLC provides cloud-based collaboration and innovation-management platform services to business customers. We process personal data received from the EU, the UK, and Switzerland to provide and support these services: creating and administering user accounts, operating platform features, providing customer support, securing our services, and communicating with users. The types of personal data processed include customer and client user data (such as name, business contact information, account credentials, profile information, and user-submitted content), website visitor data, and limited human resources data about employees of our European affiliate transferred in the context of the employment relationship for HR administration and internal business operations. We disclose personal data to third-party service providers acting as agents on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, IT infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, and AI service providers), to our affiliates, and, where a user accesses the services through a customer organization, to that organization. We do not sell personal data.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Collaboration.Ai GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
