- The Collibra software platform predominantly hosts and processes customer data consisting of metadata, however the platform occasionally processes organizational customer data consisting of personal data, such as customer end user names, email addresses, and titles, as well as any sample data consisting of personal data which a customer chooses to upload into the Collibra platform. Customer personal data processed by the Collibra software is shared exclusively with third-party sub-processors performing services for Collibra in connection with the operation of the software platform services, including, but not limited to hosting, storage, professional services, support and platform analytics. Personal data processed by the Collibra software program is governed under the terms of a data processing addendum.
