- CTG processes personal data of web site visitors, our customers, job candidates, and individuals using CTG services and resources (non-HR Data). Personal data includes: (i) contact data provided to CTG by individuals registering to use or access CTG’s publications, training events and seminars; (ii) personal data provided to us by job candidates interested in employment opportunities with CTG; and (iii) system and device data for the purposes of enhancing our web sites and helping to ensure the security of our IT resources. When we process non-HR Data on behalf of our customers in the course of providing CTG’s services, we do so as a data processor and in accordance with our customers’ instructions. CTG. also processes some of its European employees’ personal data (HR Data) in the United States in the context of the employer-employee relationship. CTG may disclose personal data with unaffiliated third parties with which we have a contract to support our business, the delivery of our services, and the support of our employer-employee relationship. We may also disclose personal data to third parties as required by law or in the course of a corporate transaction.
