- In order to receive quotes or responses to inquiries to our sales department, we provide a Contact Us form which visitors may use to contact Contegix. On the contact us form people are required to provide contact information (such as name, phone number, and email address). We use this information to contact them about the services on our site in which they have expressed interest. Contegix uses the information collected from the website in order to service the requests of visitors (in the case of sales requests, etc.), to monitor site traffic and trends, or to market our services to new potential customers. Contegix collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. Contegix will only share personally identifiable information with service providers necessary to deliver Contegix's services or to track the requests coming in to the Contegix website. Currently, this information is only shared with our CRM application, which we use to track sales requests. Third parties are not permitted to retain personally identifiable information for their own use.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Contegix GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
